Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and conditions.
Failure to read or comply with the ToS will result in a declined commission.

general conditions

✦ Please respect my right to decline your order if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it. It is most likely because your character fell into my “won’t draw” list or because my skills are incompatible.
✦ WAITLIST: You will be contacted whenever I am ready to start working on your request. Please reply within 24-48 hours. Otherwise, I will move onto the next client and your waitlist spot will be removed.
✦ Clear image references must be provided, as I am unable to work with descriptions.
✦ Please keep in mind that prices are indicated per character and may engage additional costs depending on complexity.
✦ Estimated time of delivery is 2-30 days, depending on how busy I am and the complexity of the style. Please do not rush me!
✦ I will not draw the following: NSFW, full furry (animal ears are fine), mecha, elderly people, overly masculine characters, gore, Au’Ras (FFXIV characters) with horns and scales, anything hateful/offensive.

payment

✦ All payments must be sent in full and upfront to avoid being scammed.
✦ Payments in EUR (€) via Paypal, Ko-fi or VGen’s built-in system.
✦ I will not be accepting refunds after we have agreed on the commission, unless I have decided to stop working for you due to any reason.
✦ If you fail to pay the invoice within 48 hours, the commission will be canceled.
✦ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

REVISIONS AND CHANGES

✦ Every commissioner is given a sketch before completion of the artwork, except for YCH or doodle type commissions. At this stage, you are allowed to request any necessary changes.
✦ Any major edits, or that require a large portion of the sketch, such as outfit or pose changes, to be redrawn are subject to additional fees, so please be mindful when requesting a commission.
✦ Only color changes can be made after sketch has been approved. Please understand that requests to alter the commission past final delivery will result in additional fees and may be declined.

Usage

✦ You may repost my art as long as you credit me and ONLY if you are the commissioner.
✦ Streaming fee is 1.5x the original price (if used as streaming assets on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
✦ Commercial fee is at least 2x the original price. If you plan on using the illustration on social platforms you financially benefit from (e.g. patreon) or for merchandise (prints, stickers, etc.), the art will be considered commercial!
✦ I do not allow my art to be used to train AI and / or sold as NFT.

image rights

✦ Do not steal, trace, alter my art nor erase my watermark.
✦ I have the rights to the artworks and can share them on any of my social media.
✦ Per your request, the commission can be made private and will not be published on any of my social media platforms. You will be requested to pay an NDA fee (50% of the total price) to be agreed upon prior to starting the commission.Feel free to contact me on any of my social media if you wish to request a commission.
